Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains our refund and cancellation terms for courses purchased on Digital Sekho (digitalsekho.com). Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of Our Products

Digital Sekho sells digital educational products (recorded online courses). Access to the full course content is granted immediately after payment. Because course content becomes available instantly and cannot be "returned," refunds are limited as described below.

2. Refund Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied. A refund may be considered only if all of the following conditions are met:

• The request is made within 3 days of purchase.
• You have accessed less than 15% of the course content.
• There is a genuine technical issue from our side that we are unable to resolve.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• You have completed or accessed a significant portion of the course.
• The request is made after 3 days from the date of purchase.
• You changed your mind, or the course did not meet personal expectations after substantial access.
• Discounted, offer-price, or promotional purchases (these are final sale).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the eligible period via WhatsApp (8515052969) or email (hello@digitalsekho.com) with your registered name, email, and payment details. We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method through Razorpay. It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

6. Cancellation

As course access is delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed, except under the refund conditions above.
