Delivery / Shipping Policy

Digital Sekho (digitalsekho.com) sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping involved.

1. Digital Delivery

All our courses are digital (recorded video content) and are delivered online through our website. There is no physical product, and therefore no shipping charges apply.

2. How You Receive Access

• Immediately after your payment is successfully completed, course access is activated on your account.
• You can log in at digitalsekho.com and start learning right away.
• A confirmation is also sent to your registered email / WhatsApp where applicable.

3. Delivery Time

Access is granted instantly (within a few minutes) after payment confirmation. If you do not see your course after payment, please refresh, log out and log in again, or contact us.

4. Access Period

Each course includes an access validity period as mentioned on its course page (for example, 6 months). You can watch the content any number of times within that period.

5. Issues With Access

If you face any problem accessing your course after payment, contact us immediately and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
