Welcome to Digital Sekho (digitalsekho.com). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our online courses. By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.

1. About Us

Digital Sekho is an online education platform operated by Moidul Islam, based in Lalgola, Murshidabad, West Bengal, India. We provide recorded video courses on AI, website development, software development, and digital marketing, primarily in the Bengali language.

2. Account Registration

To access purchased courses, you must create an account with accurate information (name, email, WhatsApp number). You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Sharing your account or course access with others is not permitted. For security, access is limited to a maximum of 2 devices per account.

3. Course Access

• After successful payment, you receive access to the purchased course for the validity period mentioned on the course page (for example, 6 months).
• Courses are recorded video content that you can watch anytime within your access period from a mobile or laptop.
• Access begins immediately after payment is confirmed.

4. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

All course videos, materials, and content are the property of Digital Sekho. You may not record, download (unless a download option is provided), copy, redistribute, resell, or share our content publicly. Violation may result in termination of access without refund and legal action.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to breach security, or use the content for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued upon completing a course. Certificates verify course completion and are not equivalent to any government or university-recognised degree.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our courses are for educational purposes. We share knowledge and skills but do not guarantee any specific income, job, or business outcome, as results depend on individual effort and other factors.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of West Bengal, India.
